Ephélia — calendar & reminders · last updated 27 October 2026

In short: Ephélia collects, transmits and sells no data. The app has no Internet access: your notes stay on your device.

Who publishes Ephélia

Ephélia is published by Sihofi. For any question: contact@sihofi.com.

Data collected

None. Ephélia requires no account, contains no ads, analytics or tracking tools, and does not declare the Internet permission: it cannot send any information.

Where your data is

  • Your notes, tasks, birthdays, categories and reminders are stored only on your device.
  • Exports and automatic backups (if you turn them on) are written to the Documents/Ephelia folder you choose. They only leave the device if you copy or share them yourself.
  • If you uninstall Ephélia, its data is removed from the device (files in the Documents/Ephelia folder remain, as they belong to you).

Permissions used

  • Notifications: show your reminders.
  • Exact alarms: trigger reminders right on time.
  • Device start-up: reschedule reminders after a restart.
  • Vibration: vibrate the phone for a reminder.
  • Biometrics: optional app lock with the phone's fingerprint, face or PIN. Ephélia never receives your fingerprint or PIN: Android checks them and only answers “yes” or “no”.
  • Documents/Ephelia folder: access limited to the single folder you choose, for import, export and backup.

Donations

Donations are optional and processed by Google Play. Ephélia never sees your card, your name or your e-mail address: it only receives confirmation that a donation was made, and does not keep it. Payment processing is covered by Google's privacy policy.

Children

As Ephélia collects no data, it collects none about children either.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its update date.
